Atmospheric Geo-Engineering and Assassinations

This Is Only The Beginning of Where We Are Going

Some pilots, researchers, former government employees, and citizens have testified publicly regarding unusual atmospheric observations or concerns about aerial activities. These testimonies contribute to public debate and justify continued transparency and inquiry. However, testimony alone does not establish scientific proof; verification requires independently reproducible evidence, direct sampling, documented chain of custody, and corroborating records.

Likewise, legislative proposals or resolutions addressing aerial spraying, geoengineering, or weather modification reflect public concern and policy interest.

You want proof? You’re asking the wrong question.

You keep saying there’s no proof. But that’s because you’re looking for a confession instead of a pattern.

Think about it.

Governments openly fund research into solar radiation modification. Universities publish papers. International organizations debate it. They don’t argue about whether the science exists—they argue about how it should be used.

Now ask yourself: when has history ever shown us that a powerful technology sits untouched while everyone politely waits for permission?

We already know humans modify the atmosphere. Cloud seeding has been around for decades. We’ve intentionally altered weather on a local scale. So the leap isn’t from impossible to possible. That leap was crossed generations ago.

Then there are the patents. Delivery systems. Aerosol dispersal concepts. High-altitude engineering proposals. Every piece exists on its own. Research. Technology. Infrastructure. Capability.

Maybe each piece means nothing by itself.

But together?

They paint a picture.

History is full of programs that remained classified for years before the public ever learned they existed. We know governments have conducted secret research before. We know classified projects have later become public knowledge. Why should this be the one exception?

I’m not asking you to believe every rumor.

I’m asking you to recognize a simple principle: when the capability exists, the research exists, the precedent exists, and the motivation exists, it’s reasonable to ask whether implementation might exist too.

Maybe the real question isn’t whether atmospheric geoengineering is possible.

Maybe it’s whether we’d even recognize it if it were already happening.

The room falls silent. No one speaks. The audience isn’t convinced by evidence alone—they’re left wrestling with uncertainty.

Maybe each piece means nothing by itself.

But together?

They paint a picture.

Assassinations Throughout History And Recently Have been Perpetrated By Foreign Entities

In the context of history, political science, or fiction, the idea of a “patsy” refers to someone who is blamed for a crime they did not commit or whose role is exaggerated to conceal the involvement of others. It’s a common theme in espionage fiction and a recurring claim in conspiracy theories about high-profile assassinations.

From a historical and analytical perspective, allegations that someone was made into a patsy generally involve claims such as:

  • Selection of a convenient suspect: A person with an unusual background, criminal history, political associations, or prior contact with intelligence or law enforcement may attract suspicion more easily.
  • Narrative construction: Investigators, media, or political actors may rapidly converge on a simple explanation centered on one individual. This can happen for legitimate reasons or, according to some theories, as part of a deliberate effort.
  • Control of information: Public understanding may be shaped by press conferences, official reports, selective release of evidence, or classification of records.
  • Conflicting evidence: Later discoveries, witness inconsistencies, or disputed forensic findings can fuel arguments that the official account is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Public perception: Once an initial narrative becomes widely accepted, it can be difficult to change, even if new evidence emerges.

Cases with strong evidence or official findings of foreign state involvement

VictimYearEvidence of state involvement
Patrice Lumumba1961Belgian officials acknowledged moral responsibility; extensive evidence also shows involvement by Congolese rivals and covert interest from the U.S. during the Cold War.
Rafael Trujillo1961The plot involved Dominican conspirators with documented CIA support to some participants.
Ngo Dinh Diem1963Killed in a military coup after the U.S. had withdrawn support from his government; historians continue to debate the degree of U.S. responsibility.
Amílcar Cabral1973Evidence indicates Portuguese intelligence exploited divisions within the independence movement.
Orlando Letelier1976Assassinated in Washington, D.C., by agents of Chile’s intelligence service, DINA, in coordination with anti-Castro militants.
Georgi Markov1978Widely accepted to have been killed by Bulgarian intelligence with Soviet KGB assistance using a ricin pellet.
Alexander Litvinenko2006A UK public inquiry concluded the killing was probably approved at the highest levels of the Russian state.
Jamal Khashoggi2018Multiple intelligence assessments and a UN investigation concluded Saudi state agents were responsible, though Saudi Arabia disputes aspects of those findings.

Cases with substantial evidence but continuing debate over responsibility

These cases have credible evidence suggesting intelligence or state involvement, although there is some disagreement about the extent or chain of command.

VictimYearNotes
John F. Kennedy1963The official conclusion was that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. Numerous alternative theories allege involvement by intelligence agencies, organized crime, Cuba, the Soviet Union, or others. No alternative theory has been conclusively established.
Dag Hammarskjöld1961New evidence has prompted renewed UN investigations into whether his plane was deliberately brought down, but no final conclusion has been reached.
Olof Palme1986Swedish prosecutors named a likely suspect in 2020, but some researchers continue to argue for wider conspiracies involving foreign intelligence or domestic networks without conclusive evidence.
Benazir Bhutto2007Multiple investigations identified extremist involvement, while questions remain about possible failures or complicity by elements of the Pakistani state.
Rafic Hariri2005A UN-backed tribunal convicted one Hezbollah member in absentia but did not find evidence implicating Hezbollah’s leadership or the Syrian government. Debate continues over broader responsibility.

Cases that remain subjects of significant historical debate

These have generated extensive books, documentaries, and public discussion, but no official documented confirmation that a covert operation occurred.

VictimYearMain competing views
Martin Luther King Jr.1968Officially attributed to James Earl Ray. Questions have persisted about whether Ray acted alone or whether others were involved.
Robert F. Kennedy1968Officially attributed to Sirhan Sirhan. Some researchers dispute aspects of the forensic evidence and witness testimony.
Malcolm X1965Members of the Nation of Islam were convicted, but later exonerations of two men and newly disclosed evidence have prompted renewed scrutiny of the investigation and possible law enforcement failures.
Olof Palme1986Despite the official closure of the case, alternative theories remain in circulation.

The Most Recent Is The Charlie Kirk Assassination

It is argued that Charlie Kirk’s assassination involved more than a lone gunman, and there is evidence of coordination or a cover-up.

As of now, no publicly available evidence has established that state actors were involved, and authorities continue to pursue the case against the charged suspect. This is part of the mind control process – massive gas-lighting campaigns.

Multiple news organizations have described such claims as unsubstantiated or conspiracy theories.

Here are the main claims that have been made that imply state involvement:

  • Coordinated cover-up. It has repeatedly been said there are “heavy players involved” and releasing information would expose an alleged cover-up rather than simply reveal isolated facts.
  • The official investigation contains fabricated evidence.  Some evidence released by investigators—such as communications attributed to the accused—was fabricated or manipulated, implying government involvement in constructing the official narrative.
  • References to intelligence agencies. The CIA conducted a failed public-relations or psychological operation surrounding the case. Intelligence agencies are involved in shaping public understanding.
  • Foreign government involvement. There is supposition there is the possibility that foreign governments—including Israel, Egypt, or France—are connected to the assassination or its aftermath.
  • Physical evidence contradicts the official account. Photographs, vehicle damage, and theories involving Kirk’s microphone or other forensic details, arguing they point to a more sophisticated operation than the prosecution alleges. These interpretations have not been accepted by investigators or established in court.

This is the repeated denial process of all foreign agencies when there is an involvement. Although the foreign agencies continue denying their involvement, and the official record indicates or supports those claims, common sense is much stronger than that which known covert organizations insist upon.

Many public commentary expands on these points:

  • There are significant gaps and inconsistencies in the official narrative.
  • The attack required planning beyond a lone actor.
  • There is broader coordination and investigative findings will never reveal the identity of all the true actors.

Public speculation points toward state actors including allegations of:

  • intelligence agency involvement (especially the CIA),
  • a government-orchestrated cover-up,
  • fabricated investigative evidence,
  • and possible involvement by foreign governments.

To date, those allegations remain claims rather than established facts. The covert operations will never see the light of day, and it is more believable that it is impractical, and nearly impossible, that a single, lone person could have coordinated such an event with military precision without having been intensely trained in this type of operation.
